The Advising and Enrollment Center can help you with academic planning, course selection and general registration. Whatever program you are selecting, you should meet with your career coach during the process.

Tutoring Center
Student Success Center will lend you a helping hand to meet your educational and career objectives. Depending on your needs, this assistance may include classroom, individualized or computer-based instruction, academic advising, aptitude and skills assessment, or peer tutoring.

Library
Whether you are looking for reference materials or a quiet place to study, you should head to the library. The library at WITCC provides an extensive range of information services from its titles, subscriptions, databases, worldwide interlibrary loan, reference assistance and bibliographic instruction.

Computer Services
As a student, you will have your own Web-based student portal to the world of WITCC thorough Mywitcc.com. You will find campus and class information, student e-mail, message boards and chat rooms available to you. In addition, the computer lab is open for your use. It is equipped with more than 100 computers and each has software to support the WITCC curriculum and provides access to the Internet.

Bookstore
The bookstore stocks all required textbooks for classes offered thorough Western Iowa Tech. You can order books online at http://bookstore.witcc.edu or we can order them for you. You can have the books shipped to your home for a nominal fee, or to the campus for free..

Testing Center
The Testing Center offers testing for new students to determine their placement in writing, reading and mathematics courses. Department make-up exams or online tests may also be scheduled there. National tests that can be taken to show proficiency in a subject to receive college credit for that topic (called CLEP and DANTES) are administered at the Testing Center as well.

Counseling/Career Planning
Group and individual counseling sessions for students who are questioning their career options or coping with personal issues are available with the college counselor. Beyond that, the Career Resource Center can help you with career and job search information, resources and computerized search techniques. It also offers resume assistance and critique.
